**Responsabilidades Principales**:

- Utilizar habilidades avanzadas en Excel para llevar a cabo operaciones de ventas, incluyendo la creación y gestión de cotizaciones y órdenes de compra.
- Realizar cálculos detallados, asegurando la precisión en transacciones comerciales como sumas, restas, multiplicaciones y márgenes.
- Seguir instrucciones y procesos internos con precisión, garantizando el cumplimiento de políticas internas y externas de los fabricantes.
- Mantener una atención meticulosa al detalle para identificar y corregir posibles problemas en documentos comerciales.
- Demostrar agilidad y capacidad para aprender rápidamente, considerando la diversidad de fábricas, países y procesos.

**Deberes y Responsabilidades Esenciales Requeridos**
- **Habilidades Avanzadas en Excel**:Capacidad para realizar cálculos complejos y manipular datos.
- Habilidad para Seguir Indicaciones: Experiência en seguir instrucciones precisas para minimizar errores.
- ** Atención al Detalle**:Capacidad para identificar y corregir errores mínimos en documentos comerciales.
- ** Rapidez de Aprendizaje**: Agilidad para aprender y retener información sobre diversos procesos y políticas.
- ** Comunicación en Inglés (Deseable)**: Habilidad para comunicarse con comerciales de diferentes regiones.

**Equipo y Entorno Laboral**:

- Integración a un equipo de trabajo colaborativo.
- Ocasional coordinación con proveedores y equipos de diferentes países.

**Nota - Disponibilidad**: El horario de trabajo es de 9 a 6 pm en Perú, de lunes a viernes, con disponibilidad de medio día| durante dos sábados al mes.

Se espera que la persona esté disponible para el contacto con comerciales de diferentes países de la región.

**Experiência laboral**:

- 1-2 años en roles operativos y de compras.
