Sales Acquisition Analyst

**Company Overview:** Pluxee group is a leading organization in the industry, and we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Acquisition Analyst to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing sales acquisition data and performance metrics, developing and implementing strategies to acquire new customers, monitoring and reporting on sales acquisition activities, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to identify acquisition opportunities, conducting research on sales acquisition best practices and trends, and providing support and guidance on acquisition strategies.

**Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze sales acquisition data and performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to acquire new customers and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and report on sales acquisition activities, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify acquisition opportunities and develop targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct research on sales acquisition best practices and trends to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Provide support and guidance on acquisition strategies to ensure alignment with company goals.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
  • Certification in Sales or Customer Acquisition preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales acquisition or business development.
**Benefits and Salary:**

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
