As our
**Head of Sales** for South America, you will be a key part of our global Sales leadership team and be instrumental in the development, implementation and delivery of the sales and business development growth strategy for the entire region.
You are an experienced senior sales leader, excited to shape our organization and scale revenue in the region to the next level. You will develop and implement regional plans, sales, and marketing activities that drive profitable growth in South America.
You will assess strategic sales plans, effectively allocate resources, lead and develop the regional sales team, review budgets and translate them to operational priorities.
With your inclusive leadership style, you will develop high-performing and customer-centric sales teams in the South American region to enable geographic growth for our products on a global scale. You will drive and build a culture of collaboration within your team to work effectively with the Product Development team, to ensure new products are developed in line with market requirements, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.
You will also partner with Manufacturing operational leaders and the Supply Chain on setting up systems to track and improve lead time and delivery to customer requirements.
You will prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, upper management and executive leadership team for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic projections. With your business acumen and customer-first mindset, you will drive profitable financial outcomes, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction, and meet growth targets.
As a strong leader and motivator, you will ensure the development of your team is aligned with a commitment to Bradken values and cultivate a positive work environment with a strong focus on growing capability and reward for sales excellence and innovation.
**Key Technical Criteria**:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Business, Engineering or similar fields and experience in Sales and Marketing
- Considerable and demonstrated experience in similar senior sales leadership roles within the Mining products and associated markets
- Fully bilingual
- English and Spanish ability written, reading, and verbal (required)
