You will be accountable for sales, driving sales volumes and margins. In this role you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service.
**This position reports to**:
Channel Manager
**Your responsibilities**:
- Administration of the assigned accounts.
- Sell out work with distributors.
- Knowledge of the market itself and the competition.
- Contact and negotiation at all levels with direct and final clients.
- Execute a business plan for each assigned account.
- Maintain reports in Sales force of the opportunities identified.
- Plan visits to clients monthly.
**Your background**:
- A Bachelor’s Degree Electrical engineering, electronics, mechanical-electrical, industrial, marketing, or related careers.
- 5 years of experience in sales of products and/or solutions in low and medium voltage, in the different segments (industrial, commercial, residential).
- Experience in Sales through distributors and/or panelists, MKT activities, project identification, Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP or CRM tools (desirable).
- Knowledge of the market and the competition.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, with strong written and spoken communication skills. A proven ability to develop and manage customer relationships.
- Knowledge of electrical products and equipment and electrical solutions (switches, contactors, meters, electrical panels, among others).
- English Advanced Level.
