Incrementar crecimiento integral de ventas, volumen, distribución en línea con los objetivos de venta del Plan Integral Comercial del canal de venas de Nestlé Perú

- Manejar información de su zona respecto a Clientes / Punto de Compra / Shopper / Categorías.
- Desarrollo y ejecución de objetivos, estrategias contempladas en el plan de ventas y actividades programadas (ICP).
- Seguimiento del avance efectivo vs el planificado cuidando la performance financiera de sus clientes.
- Evaluación, manejo y control de todas las inversiones realizadas en sus clientes.
- Ejecutar una propuesta comercial, que alcance los objetivos de NP y del Cliente.
- Garantizar la disponibilidad de productos en el punto de compra.
- Negociar según best practice de Nestlé.
- Llevar un acta de las negociaciones con su cliente.
- Disponibilidad del producto en punto de compra.
- Realizar el plan anual cliente de sus principales clientes.
- Buenas prácticas de almacenaje /previsión de bad goods. Por drivers que afectan en el punto de compra. Adecuada colocación del merchandising, extensión de formatos, promociones adecuadas, (CCSD), productos en buen estado.
Lo que te hará exitoso/a:
- Experiencia en área comercial
- Educación Universitaria: Administración, Ingeniería Industrial, o afines.
