Accountabilities - Structure, review, and approve Order Forms, NDAs, and DPAs. - Assess commercial, legal, and data protection risks with confidence and clarity. - Drive the development of internal AI tools for automating recurring deal-related queries. - Serve as the main contact for Commercial, Legal, Data Privacy, and Information Security matters. - Collaborate closely with Revenue Operations to ensure efficient pricing strategies and deal structures.
