Senior Client Manager – SEO

Natphi Media is a growing Australian digital marketing agency specialising in SEO, Google Ads, and performance-driven systems for service-based businesses. We’re not a churn-and-burn agency. We focus on structured delivery, clear communication, and long-term client relationships — and we’re now hiring a Client Manager / Account Manager to own client communication and delivery oversight as we scale. This role is critical. You’ll be the bridge between clients, contractors, and internal systems, ensuring work gets done properly and clients feel confident in what they’re paying for. ________________________________________ About Natphi Media We work with growth-focused Australian businesses that have been burned by poor agencies and want a partner who actually knows what they’re doing. We operate lean, remote, and systemised. Automation, ClickUp workflows, and clear SOPs are already in place — this role runs the machine, not builds it from scratch. You’ll work closely with the founders and have real influence over delivery quality, client retention, and operational improvement. ________________________________________ The Role (What You’ll Actually Be Doing) You will own client management and delivery coordination across SEO and Google Ads. Client Management - Be the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts - Run onboarding, check-ins, and ongoing client communication - Manage expectations, timelines, and outcomes clearly - Handle client questions confidently without escalating everything to founders Delivery Oversight - Coordinate SEO and Google Ads delivery across internal staff and contractors - Track tasks, milestones, and deliverables in ClickUp - Ensure work is completed correctly, on time, and to spec - Identify issues early and proactively resolve them - Understand how Google Ads campaigns are planned, built, executed, and optimised - Be able to confidently discuss performance, changes, and strategy with clients - Meta Ads experience is a bonus, not a requirement Quality Control & Reporting - Review work before it reaches clients - Ensure monthly reporting is accurate, clear, and sent on time - Flag optimisation opportunities and upsell opportunities where appropriate ________________________________________ Skills & Experience Required Must-Have - Proven experience as a Client Manager / Account Manager in a digital marketing agency - Strong working knowledge of SEO and Google Ads - Ability to plan, review, and optimise Google Ads campaigns (not just “report on them”) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Experience using ClickUp, Asana, or similar project management tools - Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment - Australia-based with full working rights Nice to Have - Experience working with contractors or offshore teams - Experience improving internal processes or workflows ________________________________________ What Success Looks Like in This Role - Clients feel informed, confident, and looked after - Work flows smoothly without founders micromanaging - Contractors are clear on expectations and deliver consistently - Issues are solved before they become problems - Retention improves and client stress decreases ________________________________________ What We Offer - $85k–$95k + super (based on experience) - Fully remote role (Australia-wide) - Clear ownership and autonomy — no micromanagement - Direct access to founders and decision-making - Long-term progression into Senior Client Manager / Head of Client Delivery - A stable agency that values quality over chaos #J-18808-Ljbffr
