About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team at SupportYourApp. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries related to e-commerce via emails, calls, and chats.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers regarding orders
- Built positive and long-lasting relationships with customers
- Meet team KPIs
- Stay up-to-date with cutting-edge technology
- Ensure secure handling of customers' sensitive information
- Apply the latest customer happiness practices
- Fluent German (C1 level minimum) and upper-intermediate English
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support
- Strong communication skills
- A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude
- A personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps-download and 40 Mbps-upload)
