Sovos, a global leader in tax compliance, is seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our team. As a key player in our Partner & Alliances team, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating and sustaining productive business relationships with our strategic partners.

In this exciting and impactful role, you will develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market plan that leverages the strengths of our partners to achieve mutual success. You will be at the forefront of our partner-driven sales strategy, shaping our partner ecosystem and driving significant business outcomes.

The Role
  • You will consistently deliver new revenues and meet agreed bookings quotas by selling with and through strategic partners.
  • You will develop and execute a detailed territory plan to maximize partner-driven sales opportunities.
  • You will grow and manage a quality pipeline of new strategic partners.
  • You will nurture and improve working relationships with and business contributions from existing and assigned partners.
  • You will build and refine strategies for expanding market reach and accelerating market penetration through alliances.
  • You will actively engage with existing and new partners to enhance awareness about Sovos' global Tax Compliance and Business-to-Government Reporting solutions.
  • You will build strong relationships and maintain robust communication with partners' direct and indirect sales channels to identify new market and client opportunities.
  • You will conduct quarterly business reviews with strategic partners to drive consistent productivity against agreed KPIs.
  • You will educate and mobilize internal business partners to support key Alliance Sales objectives.
  • You will act with utmost integrity and demonstrate ethical behavior in all matters involving key stakeholders.
  • You will set an example for all other Global Alliance Sales team members by demonstrating unmatched initiative, drive, and determination to achieve results, success, and growth.
About You
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, channel sales, channel marketing, or business development.
  • You have proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • You have experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • You have a successful track record of selling to large enterprises, managing complex sales cycles, and interacting with senior executives.
  • You have the ability to listen and communicate effectively over the phone and in person.
  • You are willing to travel up to 50% for partner meetings, trade shows, and special projects.
  • You are a self-motivated team player with a strong drive to exceed goals.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on your location and experience.
