We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Specialist Project Development to join our Retail team in Argentina. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to deliver successful retail store projects, from concept to completion.


Responsibilities:

  • Store Development Support: Collaborate with Store Development counterparts to drive project success.
  • Design and Layout: Support the design and layout process, working with third-party agencies.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously track and improve processes to enhance execution.
  • Guideline Development: Develop and adapt guidelines for new and existing concepts.
  • Order Management: Manage order placement for fixtures, fittings, and accessories.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze quotations and Retail Development KPIs to prepare reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: A university degree or equivalent required.
  • Project Management Experience: Proven experience in Project Management.
  • Communication and Technical Skills: Excellent communication and technical skills.
  • Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish.
