Job Summary

The Remote Recruiter and Business Development Specialist will play a critical role in driving the company's growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities while attracting, evaluating, and hiring top talent.

Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment:
    • Identify and attract qualified candidates through various channels (social media, databases, referrals, etc.).
    • Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
    • Manage the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
    • Maintain an active talent pipeline and build long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Business Development:
    • Identify and prospect new clients and business opportunities.
    • Develop strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
    • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals.
    • Attend events and networking opportunities to promote the company's services.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners to drive business growth.
