Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition and Business Development Expert, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our company. Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels such as social media, databases, referrals, etc.
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
  • Managing the hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintaining an active talent pipeline and building long-term relationships with candidates.
  • Identifying and prospecting new clients and business opportunities.
  • Developing strategies to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
  • Experience in recruitment and/or business development.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
  • Proactive mindset with a focus on growth.
