As a Client Success Executive at Hyland, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Develop Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  2. Meet Sales Quota: Achieve established revenue targets for assigned customers.
  3. Stay Informed: Maintain current knowledge of assigned customers' business and organizational structure.
  4. Support Team Members: Collaborate with team members on strategic accounts designated by Sales Management.
  5. CRM Record Keeping: Document all customer account information in the CRM system.
  6. Sales Forecasting: Develop and communicate accurate sales forecasts in real-time.
