Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Customs Procedure Management:

  • Regularize DAMS (Customs Declarations of Goods) for Exports and Imports in a timely and efficient manner, meeting the company's metrics.

  • Verify the accuracy of documents reported into customs procedures and monitor them to obtain regularization or customs approval in a timely manner.

Collaboration and Communication:

  • Work closely with the operations area and customs agents to ensure accurate documentation and timely customs approval.

  • Coordinate with different areas to comply with exports regularizations and imports final regularization: Operations, Accounting, WSMD, Finance.

Support Functions:

  • Support Customs Audit: Assist with customs audit requirements and coordinate the preparation of necessary documents.

  • Reporting: Monitor the status of Export and Import DAMS, preparing reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade, Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience working in a Customs agent environment.

  • Proven strategic thinking and business planning skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Able to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
