Position Summary

This role involves overseeing every aspect of the store operation, including selecting, coaching, and developing store teammates, as well as merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,225 - $113,400.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Drive sales and promotions by building strong relationships with customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date on alternative tire sourcing and competitors
  • Manage payroll, budgets, and store goals
  • Monitor and maintain accurate financial records
  • Lead, schedule, and assign staff based on their skills
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current with industry developments
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-year college degree or equivalent preferred
  • Demonstrated success in retail sales management
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to manage inventory, order scheduling, and merchandising displays
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Valid driver's license required
