Job Summary:

The Director of Sales and Growth at DXC Technology Inc. will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a team of sales professionals, and developing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales and sales enablement, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and market analysis.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure sales success and meet business objectives.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying new opportunities, building relationships with customers, and staying up-to-date with market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and synergy in achieving business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role.
  • Proven track record in sales and sales enablement, with a strong understanding of customer relationship management and market analysis.
  • Advanced degree in a relevant field or relevant certifications such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Sales Enablement Professional (CSEP) are a plus.
