We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and exceed sales quotas.

About the Role:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sovos solutions and industry trends
  • Lead a regional sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise markets

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Advanced English language proficiency
