Job Summary

The Clorox Company is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to lead the logistics function in our plant as a Warehouse Operations Manager. This role requires overseeing the receiving, storing, and handling of materials and products to guarantee continuity of formulation and packaging operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate activities relating to material handling, storage, and distribution within the plant.
  • Provide technical support to manufacturing on material handling, storage, or usage.
  • Coordinate with Supply Chain organization to ensure scheduling, high-moving materials replenishment, and material management activities for the plant are complete.
  • Manage and own KPIs such as Working Capital, Inventory Turns, Warehouse Capacity Utilization, and Schedule Attainment.
  • Owner of cycle counting for all locations and Inventory accuracy, Inventory adjustments, and Budget management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related fields, or equivalent working experience.
  • Over 3 years of experience in warehouse management within consumer goods companies.
  • Proven leadership through influence at all levels and ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Experience with methodologies such as TPM or similar.
  • Proficiency in Power BI.
