Sales Operations Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Duties include responding to requests from sales team members, assisting with timely delivery and quality of support solutions daily.
- Work with cross functional teams on E2open sales and finance policies and business model.
- Assist sales with process issues, including quoting assistance and managing quote approval workflow and escalations against E2OPEN escalations matrix and policies.
- Collaborate with sales team with active participation in opportunity reviews.
- Partner with contracts intake and Revenue Requisition Team (s) to aid on closure of deals
- Perform reporting functions on an ongoing basis to assist the various BUs with their day-to-day tasks.
- Accountable for SFDC Data cleansing, parent-child hierarchies, and forecasting and opportunity accuracy
- Provide Adhoc assistance with migration accuracy checks
- Additional duties as assigned

***QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Comfort with ambiguity and operating independently in a fast-paced environment
- Sales Operations experience at an established software company
- Proficiency and experience within Salesforce
- Strong proficiency in Excel with experience using SQL
- Experience in GTM tool: Zoominfo, D&B forecasting/insight tools and CRM
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to drive work from conceptualization to analysis, to recommendation and, at times, to implementation
- Strong communication skills and evidence of collaborative working
- Strong project management methodology and tools experience
- Evidence of a proactive approach to identifying trends and implementing solutions
- Proactive person who is willing to take initiative and look to suggest new workflows to improve processes and has an eye for detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

- General office environment and responsibilities requiring:

- Extensive use of the computer which involves viewing a monitor and keyboarding for most of the workday
- Placing and receiving phone calls
- Occasionally moving and lifting objects up to 20 pounds
- May require occasional travel as needed
- E2open participates in the E-verify program in certain locations, as required by law._
