We are looking for a driven person, with a passion for sales and focused on delivering superior customer service to build long term customer relationships. Your technical competence, collaborative ability and communication skills will assist in ensuring that you achieve both your qualitative and quantitative sales targets in a profitable way. Reporting to the Sales Manager in Sweden, you will be a part of the Process Automation Process Industries Hoisting Business Line. You will work with a highly motivated sales team, with a global responsibility to identify and develop new market opportunities, monitor customers and market trends, and develop effective marketing activities in a designated market in accordance with the sales strategy. Location: Perú
**Your responsibilities**:
- Selling products, systems and services focusing on volume and mix to meet profitability targets.
- Establishing and maintaining effective customer relationships, understanding customer needs, promoting customer understanding of our products, systems and/or services offering.
- Creating added value for the customer, and then aligning to provide a solution, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Preparing sales plans and performing regular status reviews to maintain order volumes, and managing administrative sales processes.
- Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in your area.
- Developing and facilitating marketing activities, sharing know-how and promoting cross-collaboration.
- Preparation of offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department, ensuring the appropriate technical and financial aspects are in place, including prices and trading conditions.
**Your background**:
- University degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration is preferable.
- Technical sales experience will be considered an advantage.
- Motivated, with a proven record of delivering results above targets and expectations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and global teams and engage with senior leadership.
- Excellent written and spoken fluency in English and Spanish.
