We are a German accommodation company which is specialised in offering accommodations of various sizes in different locations. Our aim is to provide our clients with a home in a strange city and make their staying the most comfortable. We want our guests to enjoy their trip without any hassle and rely on the high-quality services provided by us. At this point we are looking for an experience **Customer Support Specialist** to welcome to our team. **Your responsibilities will be**: - Answering chat messages of our guests - Answering phone calls of guests - Working with web-based IT systems like reservations systems, online keyless access systems, call center solution - Troubleshooting and solving guest problems with our team **Our future customer service manager has these characteristics**: - High English level (C1) and German (C1) - Work experience as a customer service - Quick comprehension and organization - Ability to work independently - Stress resistance - Sense of responsibility for apartments and guests - A great advantage will be if you are familiar with programs like PMS “Guesty”, CLINQ call center workOS and have experience in hospitality. **We offer**: - We have 2 options of work shifts - late shifts on weekends from 14:30-23:00 CET and night shifts from Monday to Friday 22:30-07:00 CET time - you can choose any you like - 2 weeks training - Full-time work with the contract, 100% remotely - Competitive salary depending on your results, starting at 1000 EUR - The high flexibility of working hours and flexible workload (KPIs) - Friendly, positive and fast-growing team **We would appreciate it** if you start the cover letter with "You won’t find a better Customer Service Specialist than me, as ” **Salary**: From S/.3,866.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: - Lima, Lima: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
