Important company is looking for Customer Success Manager to work remotely in recruiting for LATAM
**Functions**:
- Client Interaction: Communicating with clients to collect necessary information, updates on case progress, and guiding them through paperwork.
- Keep all projects on track -leads and clients
- Cooperate with sales on account strategies to identify new opportunities that help the company exceed its objectives.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
- Establish customer service policies and practices.
- Provide high-level technical and product support.
- Supervise and develop customer success teams.
- Track new leads generated by promotion and customer referrals.
- Maximize retention by helping customers integrate our products into their processes
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve customer issues.
- Drive customer loyalty by anticipating their needs and offering new perspectives, strategies and capabilities.
- Promote customer loyalty by helping them achieve satisfactory results and developing long-term relationships of trust with them.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor of Administration, Industrial Engineering. Administrative Management, or related
- Advanced English (oral and writing)
- In-home office setup including MAC or PC Computer with webcam and MS Office installed
- High Speed Internet Access
- Access to Asana and Slack on PC and Cellphone
