Es indispensable un buen manejo del idioma ingles, ya que nuestros clientes están principalmente en USA/CANADA/ UK.

Responsabilidades Principales:

- **Atención y Resolución de Consultas**: Atender de manera eficiente las consultas de los clientes a través de diversos canales (teléfono, correo electrónico, chat, redes sociales) y proporcionar soluciones a sus problemas o inquietudes.
- **Gestión de Reclamos**: Recibir, registrar y gestionar reclamos de clientes, asegurando que se resuelvan de manera adecuada y oportuna, siempre buscando la satisfacción del cliente.
- **Procesamiento de Pedidos**: Asistir a los clientes en el proceso de compra, asegurando que los pedidos se procesen correctamente y siguiendo con el seguimiento necesario hasta la entrega.
- **Mantenimiento de la Base de Datos de Clientes**: Actualizar y mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con los clientes en el sistema CRM (Customer Relationship Management), asegurando que la información esté al día y sea accesible para futuros seguimientos.
- **Proveer Información sobre Productos o Servicios**: Brindar a los clientes información clara y detallada sobre los productos o servicios ofrecidos, incluyendo características, precios, políticas de devolución, garantías, etc.

Requisitos Clave:
1. Ingles avanzado

2. Experiência Previa en costumer service

3. Habilidades de comunicación

4. Orientación al Cliente: Capacidad demostrada para manejar relaciones con clientes de manera efectiva.

5. Conocimientos Técnicos: Familiaridad con software de CRM y herramientas de Microsoft Office.
