Effectively implement the defined channel sales strategy in specified market scope in order to improve ABB market penetration and realize growth aspirations in the assigned channel. Execute channel sales strategy and initiatives within the assigned market, to achieve both qualitative and quantitative targets for assigned channel in a profitable way: orders, revenues, growth, margin, market share, sales productivity, and customer satisfaction. Critical contributor to the assigned channel sales customer base growth.

**This position reports to**:
Channel Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Administration of the assigned accounts.
- Prospecting for projects that are executed or developed in the market.
- Knowledge of the market itself and the competition.
- Contact and negotiation at all levels with direct and final customers.
- Execute a business plan for each assigned account.
- Maintain reports in Sales force of the opportunities identified.
- Plan visits to clients monthly.

**Your background**:

- +5 years of experience in similar role and working in sales through panelists, integrators, OEMs and distributors
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical-Electrical, Industrial engineering, or related careers.
- Knowledge of electrical products and equipment and electrical solutions (switches, contactors, meters, electrical panels, among others) as well as knowledge of the market and the competition
- Experience in MKT activities, project identification. Use of Sales Force, SAP
- Reading of electrical plans and customer prospecting
- A solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills
- English (high intermediate or advanced). Spanish (advanced)
