**Position Summary** **Ubication**: Lima **Time**: Full Time **Report to**: Head of Supply Chain PE BO **Position Snapshot**: **A day in the life of...** Drive acceleration of results: - Value Chain Transformation: Improve the performance of areas / depts along the Value Chain and propose solutions in collaboration with the teams to deliver sustainable performance. - Business Planning process optimization: Improve the MBP process by supporting the implementation of demand-driven planning synchronization. - Customer collaboration: Support CFSC and develop customer-centric activities in order to improve performance of the collaboration with customers. - Manufacturing Excellence: Support the Manufacturing Excellence team to develop a reliable, flexible and agile manufacturing process, as required by the business. - Rapid Improvement Events (standardization and structured problem solving): Drive the execution of rapid improvement events to standardize processes, reduce cost and improve performance in a defined scope. - Drive improvement activities together with BUs teams, Functions teams and NCE Experts to improve prioritized areas, using their functional and NCE expertise Govern and Sustain: - Ensure the right visibility and follow-up with business / functiona leaders, through program mgmt (governance and routines) - Disseminate and build expertise (NCE competency) in the network of NCE experts and practitioners in the Market, through hands-on events (perform concrete business improvement while mentoring, coaching, and training) and remote support (when possible) - Lead routines for the network of NCE practitioners to ensure development of people and expertise in markets" Identify how and when each network needs to transform to maintain service and cost efficiencies. Examples include opening and/or closing DC’s, implementing new E2E go-to-market strategies such as direct plant ship programs, ecommerce fulfilment, etc. Identifying new synergy opportunities by engaging in E2E collaboration Development of Methods and Tools: - Contribute to the development of methodology and support material related to their area of expertise - Influence Corporate units to ensure the practical aspect is considered in the material developed Manage key staff placement - set levels of expected performance, objectives, and performance measures. Undertake personal reviews to reflect achievements against targets and agree continuous improvement. **What will make you successful...** *** - Worked 5-10 years (depending on Market / Business size) in Supply Chain or Sales. Of this experience must have worked across 3 areas of Supply Chain including Customer Service & Distribution. - Has worked/ been exposed to collaborative business development projects - Has acquired Supply Chain experience in dealing with Suppliers - Has successfully led projects and initiatives that require a Commercial and Supply - Chain understanding and knowledge - Leadership in market environment. - Industrial engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Master in Supply Chain. - Advanced English. - Experience negotiating with difficult customers. Hard Skills - Strong knowledge of Advance Continuous Improvement Methods, Tools and Techniques - Experience in leading and developing cross-functional teams - Strong Project management - Experience in working with P&L and balance sheet - Experience in complex projects (Idea, Design, Planning, Execution and Control). - Experience in Capex Management (more than 7 million CHF)
