**Job functions**:

- Support Customer Success by being the main point of contact and face of OpenLoop for our vendors and partners by maintaining effective communication.
- Responsible for managing vendor relationships like: UCM, our compound pharmacies, Change, Healthie, Doespot, LabCorp, Quest etc.
- Ensure accurate that Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance is met, if applicable.
- Compile and interpret reporting when appropriate and necessary on our vendor and partner activities.
- Partner with internal cross-departmental teams to report back relevant information and assist with decision making in terms of our relationship with involved vendors and partners.
- Hold our vendors responsible for upholding and fulfilling their obligation to OpenLoop.
- Research and identify new potential vendors like new compound pharmacies.
- Use negotiation skills to discuss current and future contracts.
- Update the CRM and other pertinent tools with relevant information.
- Drive the implementation of new vendors and support the subsequent processes that go along with the implementation.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years of Customer Success Experience in similar roles.
- Problem-solving and communication skills are vital for this position.
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- You must be able to work effectively, both independently and with other departments, to resolve all issues and vendor inquiries.
- **Fluency in English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.**:

- Available to work on a hybrid work mode.
