Company Description
To support a specific unit of our distributor partner from local sales managers to sales reps and lead them to execute our strategy in the Downtrade channel in a given geographical area through business tracking, action planning, training, market visits and motivation in order to deliver a 100% implementation of agreed Perfect Store standards and Trade Marketing Plans.

Job Description
KPI Achievement
Manage and meet regional KPI targets (Perfect Store, coverage, sales, etc.).

Cost-Effective Coverage
Ensure effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies.

Distributor & Customer Engagement
Build strong relationships with distributors and top customers.

Business Plan Execution
Implement channel business plans aligned with priorities and distributor readiness.

Team Development
: Train, motivate, and coach the distributor team to maximize performance.

In-Store Presence
: Ensure Red Bull's brand presence via Perfect Store Standards.

Database Maintenance
: Manage and grow Perfect Stores databases (availability, pricing, visibility, etc.).

Relationship Building
: Build quality relationships through effective communication.

Team Environment
: Foster a dynamic, fun, and creative team environment.

Administrative Reporting
: Complete reports on time and use data to improve distributor KPIs.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written.
  • Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills.
  • Strong communicational and organizational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Management reporting and budget control.
  • Commercial, Administration or Marketing degree prefered.
