**Project Developer - Architect / Interior Designer**

**Location**: Miraflores, Lima, Peru (On-site)

**Type**: Full-Time (48 hrs/week)

H&C Construction LLC, a U.S.based residential remodeling company, is looking for a **proactive, multitasking Project Developer** to prepare remodeling projects from concept to execution. This role transforms approved projects into fully developed packages, managing **designs, technical documentation, and fixture procurement** while ensuring a seamless transition to construction.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Design and develop detailed project plans aligned with scope, budget, and client expectations
- Produce high-quality renderings, 3D visualizations, and showroom presentations
- Prepare all technical drawings and documentation for internal use and client approval
- Create complete fixture lists and coordinate procurement to ensure timely delivery
- Communicate with clients to guide selections, explain designs, and address inquiries
- Follow up with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery schedules
- Maintain organized and accurate project records for smooth team collaboration
- Assist in training new team members or supporting department initiatives when needed

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Architect, Interior Designer, or Architect & Interior Designer**:

- Experience in residential remodeling or interior design
- **Proficiency in SketchUp + V-Ray or D5 Render (intermediate-advanced)**:

- Advanced English (C1) - assessed in interview
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities

**Nice to Have**:

- Client-facing experience
- Knowledge of U.S. construction or permitting processes
