**Vida Software**, líder en soluciones de inteligencia artificial para empresas de consumo masivo, busca un **Customer Success Agent** con fuerte orientación al cliente corporativo y dominio técnico del análisis de datos.
**Responsabilidades**
- Gestionar la relación con cuentas corporativas de alto nível en consumo masivo FORTUNE 500 level.
- Coordinar la ejecución de proyectos de analítica y sistemas, asegurando calidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Traducir necesidades de negocio en requerimientos técnicos claros.
- Generar reportes, insights y presentaciones ejecutivas basadas en datos.
- Conducir reuniones estratégicas, revisiones trimestrales y capacitaciones de usuarios.
- Detectar oportunidades de expansión o mejora dentro de las cuentas asignadas.
**Requisitos**
- **Inglés fluido hablado y escrito**.
- **Mínimo 5 años de experiência**en Customer Success, gestión de proyectos o consultoría en consumo masivo.
- Conocimientos sólidos en análisis de datos, Power BI y comprensión de procesos ETL.
- Capacidad para interactuar con directores comerciales, de marketing o trade de grandes corporaciones.
- Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y pensamiento analítico.
- Deseable: certificación en gestión de proyectos (PMP, Scrum) y experiência con CRM o herramientas SaaS.

Profesional con mentalidad consultiva, capaz de equilibrar el detalle técnico con la visión estratégica del negocio, que disfrute trabajar con clientes exigentes y proyectos de alto impacto.
