**Essential skills required for this position are**: Strong organizational and management skills; adaptable and innovative approach to planning and operations; ability to prioritize and multitask with considerable attention to detail; strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under pressure; and excellent Microsoft Office skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.

But wait, there’s more As one of our Lab Tester, you will be responsible for: Testing and innovating lab books and answering students' inquiries about our lab books

**Requirements**:

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, including account management and group policies.
- Basic knowledge of VMware vSphere, including virtual machine management and monitoring.
- Basic understanding of Networking and cloud computing concepts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and its core services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and **attention to detail**.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Your education and experience are important to us. We would prefer**:
1. A minimum of two years’ related experience (but if not, we are ready to teach you).
2. Recommended certificates: A+, MCSE, CCNA, CCA, and/or VCP.
