JUNOCO is a fast-growing beauty startup that is changing the way consumers shop for beauty products. You’ll be working closely with our Marketing Manager (currently based in Peru). Fluency in English is a Must.

We’re looking for a customer and community representative to help us listen to what our community is saying and to help us make sure our customers are the happiest shoppers on the web. Duties will include:

- Verify that customer reviews are correctly replied to.
- Monitor our community of brand ambassadors and report to the Marketing Team.
- Maintain a positive representation of the company at all times.
- Keeping track of orders, reply templates, and FAQ’s up to date.
- Process orders and data entry with high-level accuracy.
- Contribute to improving JUNOCO's daily and monthly operation processes, this may include verifying that all information is correctly shared in all official channels, to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Collaborate with PR team based on customer needs. Bring up timely information (product launches, customer reviews).

**Requirements**:

- Strong reading and writing skills in English.
- Experience in a customer service-related position.

Salary

750-850 USD based on experience.

Payment will be fixed in USD regardless of exchange rate.
