As a Customer Service Representative, the primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding service to our customers, be the first line of support, coordination of services, problem resolution and/or recommendations on selected products and services. This position will be required to listen actively to customers, understand their needs, and provide effective solutions to their problems.

**What you will do**:

- Addressing and resolving customer issues and inquiries. Ensuring all customer communication is clearly documented.
- Ensure the health of the portfolio through adequate management of collection actions
- Execution of customer service standard processes. Maintaining customer accounts and relationships.
- Processing results from analysis of data.

**What you will have**:

- Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
- Data Gathering & Analysis: ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment.
- Service Excellence: Knowledge of customer service concepts and techniques; ability to meet or exceed customer needs and expectations and provide excellent service in a direct or indirect manner.
- Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related area
- Intermediate English
- English Advanced
- Bank or Financial Industry Experience
