Ser parte activa de la evolución del mercado local en visión de publicidad digital y acompañar al cumplimiento de objetivos de la operación.

**Responsabilidades**:

- Desarrollar e implementar las estrategias comerciales para consolidar objetivos de la operación.
- Gestionar planes sobre oportunidades de expansión y desarrollo comercial de nuestros partners y representaciones internacionales.
- Comprender los requerimientos de los clientes existentes para garantizar que se satisfagan sus necesidades.
- Adquirir y gestionar nuevos clientes.
- Coordinar y colaborar con equipos internacionales (Marketing, RR.HH, Finanzas, Operaciones y otros)
- Monitorear el desempeño y cumplimiento de las actividades comerciales, mediante la usabilidad de métricas claves.

**Requisitos**:

- Graduado en Ing. Comercial, Administración de Empresas, Publicidad, Marketing y/o ramas afines
- Conocimiento intermedio/avanzado del idioma inglés. (Excluyente)
- Experiência en gestión comercial B2B al menos de 3 años. Se valorará positivamente experiência previa en agencias de publicidad y medios de comunicación.
- Experiência en interpretación de plataformas de publicidad digital (Facebook for Business, Google Ads, DSPs, Programmatic, Audio Digital). (No excluyente).
- Pensamiento analítico, habilidades de negociación y resolución de conflictos. Se valorará un perfil con visión emprendedora y de alto liderazgo, capaz de asesorar estratégicamente al portafolio de clientes destinado.
- Excelente presencia, actitud, responsabilidad y compromiso.
