**Job Description**:
**Labor Relations & Benefit Specialist III**
AECOM Peru is seeking a highly talented, self-driven and motivated professional to focus in the Coordination on the Labor Relations at AECOM Peru.
The primary responsibility of the Benefit Specialist III will be the responsible for maintaining and enhancing the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs and practices. Human Resource professionals are accountable for the functional areas of Human Resources including compensation, benefits, staffing, employee relations, equal employment opportunity (EEO), employee development, labor relations, and related areas.
Main responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
- Under limited supervision, assists in the development and administration of one or more benefit programs including, but not limited, to benefits communication, benefits policy development and administration, work-life programs, life, health and disability insurance, as well as optional benefits.
- Liaises with individuals and benefit vendors to ensure compliance with regulations or laws.
- As a benefit specialist, serves as the technical specialist for the benefits group.
- Receives administrative supervision, with assignments given in terms of broad general objectives and limits.
- As an individual contributor, conceives, plans and conducts consultation in areas of considerable scope and complexity.
- Performs most assignments independently with instructions on the general expected results.
- May provide direction to lower-level benefits staff.
- Maintain the Salary Scale Report up to date.
- Maintain AECOM Peru's salary policy up to date.
- Management and Control of Personnel Planning (Planning Forecast).
- Responsible for staff attendance control.
- Responsible for the control of staff holidays.
- Strict control of the Social Benefits of the company, such as EPS, Life Insurance Law, SCTR or any other applicable.
- Support in the recruitment and selection of personnel.
- Training and professional development.
- Process reimbursements to ESSALUD (Social Security).
**Qualifications**:
Minimum requirements:
- University degree plus 4 Years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Preferred requirements
- Minimum of 10+ years (YORE) of related work experience required.
- Professionals in Psychology, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related careers are required.
- Ability to function as an active team player and lead in a diverse multidisciplinary environment.
- English proficiency will be a plus.
