**What success looks like in this role**:

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Collaboration Tools: Manage and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and other collaboration platforms.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:
**Qualifications**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Microsoft Exchange and collaboration tools.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or similar certifications preferred.

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Exchange Online and on-premises Exchange.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Nice to have**
- Azure Active Directory: Experience with managing and integrating Azure AD.
- Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance: Familiarity with Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Knowledge of MDM solutions like Intune.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
- Scripting Languages: Experience with other scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Virtualization Technologies: Understanding of virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and experience in a customer-facing role.
