Customer Service – Logística Internacional / Freight Forwarder

Estamos buscando un Customer Service de Operaciones con visión consultiva, pasión por el cliente y experiencia en embarques internacionales.

Serás pieza clave para asegurar una experiencia de servicio impecable, coordinando con equipos internos y externos, y acompañando al cliente durante todo el proceso logístico.

Responsabilidades principales

  • Ser el punto de contacto directo del cliente, brindando información clara, oportuna y consultiva.
  • Gestionar el seguimiento de embarques internacionales (marítimo y aéreo).
  • Revisar documentación, status de operación y coordinar con Operaciones y Comercial.
  • Mejorar tiempos de respuesta y optimizar el uso del sistema interno.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos operativos y estándares del sector.
  • Atender reclamos y coordinar soluciones con las áreas correspondientes.

Requisitos

  • Formación en Ingeniería Industrial, Administración, Negocios Internacionales o afines.
  • 3 años de experiencia en navieras, freight forwarders, 3PL/4PL o empresas logísticas.
  • Manejo de inglés a nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimientos en documentación internacional, normativa aduanera, carga seca/carga IMO (deseable).
  • Manejo de sistemas operativos logísticos (ideal: SINTAD).
