, part of the Chery Group, is seeking a
Technical Support, Warranty & Quality Specialist
to support our aftersales operations in Peru. This role focuses on assisting dealers with technical issues, managing warranty cases, and improving service and product quality in close coordination with local teams and HQ.

Location:
Lima, Peru

Work Modality:
On-site (100% presencial)

Professional requirements:

  1. Graduated in mechanical engineering, mechatronic or automotive mechanics.
  2. Two or Three years of experience in automotive aftersales; mechanic and electronic diagnosis; technical support; warranty and quality-related roles.
  3. Good technical understanding of vehicles and aftersales processes.
  4. Ability to communicate in English (mainly for technical and warranty communication with HQ)
  5. Organized, responsible, and comfortable working with dealers.
  6. Hands-on attitude, proactive, and focused on problem solving.

Main responsabilities:

  • Technical Support

1- Provide daily technical support to dealers for vehicle diagnosis, repair and technical questions.

2- Review and respond to dealers technical reports in a timely and professional manner.

3- Support dealers with technical issues, proposing practical technical solutions.

4-Keep close communication with HQ technical teams to escalate cases and receive technical guidance.

5-Follow up to ensure technical solutions are properly implemented in the field.

6-Give training to dealers' technical staff for new models' launching or updates.

  • Warranty Management

1- Submit and follow up warranty claims and cases with HQ.

2- Support dealers during the warranty approval and claim process.

3- Ensure warranty cases are handled correctly, efficiently, and according to company policy.

4- Prepare monthly warranty reports and basic analysis

  • Quality & PDI Management

1- Track and analyze recurrent quality issues coming from warranty and technical cases.

2- Provide clear quality feedback to HQ and follow up on improvement actions.

3- Monitor PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) quality and support dealers to improve PDI execution

4- Coordinate technical upgrades, service campaigns, and updates released by HQ

5- Perform inspection and maintenance checks on warehouse traction batteries

6- Ensure compliance with basic safety and technical standards
