Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Facility Manager located in Lima, Peru. The Facility Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of company facilities, ensuring proper maintenance and functionality of the premises. This includes managing building systems, supervising maintenance activities, coordinating vendors and contractors, monitoring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and addressing any facility-related issues promptly. Additionally, the Facility Manager will be responsible for budgeting, planning facility upgrades or repairs, and optimizing the use of space and resources in alignment with the company's operational goals.
Qualifications
- Facility Management, Building Maintenance, and Operations Management skills
- Knowledge of Safety Standards, Environmental Compliance, and Risk Management
- Budgeting, Planning, and Project Management experience
- Vendor Relations, Contract Negotiation, and Procurement expertise
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for facility management
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience working in international companies or organizations is a plus
