Mr. Appliance of West Central Ohio, Inc. is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative Dispatcher in the Scheduling Department. This job is located in Lima, Ohio, in a small call center. This franchise is independently owned and operated.

This is a full-time and long term position, with 40 hours per week. The operating hours are Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm, with a one hour lunch. There is a 90 day probationary period in which time off is not allowed.

This position includes a benefits package, which includes:
-401k with matching, up to 3.5%

Hourly pay at $16.00/hr.
The CSR Dispatching duties include but are not limited to:
-Answering a multi-line phone in the scheduling department
-Owning and saving the call using set techniques to better assist customers
-Booking appointments for same day and future dated appointments
-Processing the scheduler each day for the next day's jobs and setting the technicians schedules
-Entering incoming work order dispatches and calling to schedule appointments from manufacturers and third party companies for mutual customers
-Goes through and maintains the company's general email box
-Assisting other departments as necessary
-Keeps a neat and tidy work station and performs cleaning tasks as assigned
-Miscellaneous tasks assigned by management

Requirements:
-Minimum 3 years customer service experience required
-Previous call center, scheduling, or dispatching experience is preferred but not required
-Ability to report to work each day and on time
-Ability to pass a background. check, drug screen, and nicotine test

Compensation: $33,280.00 per year
