Job Description

KPI Achievement & Business Performance

  • Achieve KPI targets (Perfect Store, coverage, distribution, sales, etc.).
  • Implement business plans aligned with priorities and distributor readiness.
  • Ensure cost-effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies.
  • Analyze and improve distributor KPIs using timely reporting.

Distributor & Customer Engagement

  • Build strong relationships with distributors teams.
  • Enhance Red Bull's in-store presence via Perfect Store Standards.
  • Maintain and grow Perfect Store databases (availability, pricing, visibility, etc.).
  • Communicate effectively to foster quality relationships.

Team Development & Leadership

  • Train, coach, and develop the distributor team to maximize performance.
  • Conduct field visits and provide sales coaching.
  • Foster a positive, creative, and dynamic team environment.
  • Strengthen collaboration between Red Bull and the distributors team.

Operational Execution

  • Ensure effective and efficient outlet coverage.
  • Execute business plans aligned with channel priorities and distributor readiness.
  • Use administrative data to optimize distributor performance.
Qualifications
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
  • Fluent in English spoken and written.
  • Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills.
  • Strong communicational and organizational ability.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
  • Management reporting and budget control.
  • Commercial, Administration or Marketing degree prefered.
