Job DescriptionKPI Achievement & Business Performance
- Achieve KPI targets (Perfect Store, coverage, distribution, sales, etc.).
- Implement business plans aligned with priorities and distributor readiness.
- Ensure cost-effective outlet coverage at optimal frequencies.
- Analyze and improve distributor KPIs using timely reporting.
Distributor & Customer Engagement
- Build strong relationships with distributors teams.
- Enhance Red Bull's in-store presence via Perfect Store Standards.
- Maintain and grow Perfect Store databases (availability, pricing, visibility, etc.).
- Communicate effectively to foster quality relationships.
Team Development & Leadership
- Train, coach, and develop the distributor team to maximize performance.
- Conduct field visits and provide sales coaching.
- Foster a positive, creative, and dynamic team environment.
- Strengthen collaboration between Red Bull and the distributors team.
Operational Execution
- Ensure effective and efficient outlet coverage.
- Execute business plans aligned with channel priorities and distributor readiness.
- Use administrative data to optimize distributor performance.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Off Premise sector, FMCG.
- Fluent in English spoken and written.
- Leadership, Motivation and Team Skills.
- Strong communicational and organizational ability.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
- Management reporting and budget control.
- Commercial, Administration or Marketing degree prefered.
