Client Support Assistant
que sea el primer punto de contacto con nuestros clientes y juegue un rol clave en su experiencia diaria con nuestra plataforma.

¿Cuál será tu misión?

Brindar soporte a los clientes de Zuru Perú en el uso de la plataforma de seguros logísticos, resolver incidencias operativas y aclarar dudas frecuentes sobre nuestra forma de operar, asegurando una atención clara, rápida y efectiva.

Responsabilidades

  • Atender consultas de clientes sobre el uso de la plataforma.
  • Resolver problemas operativos y dar seguimiento a incidencias.
  • Acompañar a los clientes en dudas recurrentes sobre procesos y flujos.
  • Brindar soporte vía email, WhatsApp y llamadas.
  • Participar de reuniones hacia el cliente para mejorar la atención diaria
  • Registrar y escalar casos cuando sea necesario.
  • Colaborar con el equipo interno para mejorar la experiencia del cliente.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia en atención al cliente, soporte o client success.
  • Conocimiento y experiencia en el sector de Comercio Exterior
  • Buen manejo de herramientas digitales y plataformas web.
  • Excelente comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Alta orientación al cliente y resolución de problemas.
  • Capacidad de organización y seguimiento.
  • Proactividad y actitud de aprendizaje.
