We're looking for a Real Estate Virtual Assistant to support a
high-volume Loan Officer
within our team at USA Loans. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service.

Full training provided

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire loan process from application to closing
  • Follow up on active files to ensure deadlines and conditions are met
  • Communicate effectively with processors, underwriters, title companies, and real estate agents
  • Review documentation for accuracy and request any missing items
  • Keep records up to date in LOS and CRM systems
  • Provide timely updates to clients and agents regarding loan status
  • Anticipate potential issues and find quick, effective solutions
  • Assist the Loan Officer with pre-approvals, pipeline organization, and client follow-ups

Requirements

  • Experience in the mortgage industry (processing, loan assistant, or pipeline management)
    preferred but not required,
    we'll train you
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
    is a must
  • Proficient with basic computer and office software
