que garantice la atención eficiente de reclamos y contribuya a la mejora continua de nuestros procesos. Si te apasiona la gestión, el orden y la excelencia en servicio al cliente, este reto es para ti

¿Qué harás?
Dar seguimiento al proceso de prevención de reclamos por entrega de pedidos.

Monitorear y actualizar estados y comentarios de reclamos en el CRM.

Asegurar el cumplimiento de los plazos de atención definidos.

Participar en la implementación y mejora de procesos del área.

Lo Que Necesitas Para Brillar
Conocimientos sólidos en Excel (fórmulas y tablas dinámicas).

Experiencia en seguimiento a la entrega de pedidos.

Formación técnica o universitaria concluida o en curso.

San Isidro (90%Remoto 10%Presencial)
