 ¿Cuál será tu misión?

Será responsable de la administración contable de nuestro negocio para las operaciones de Perú, llevando adelante la gestión integral del mercado y garantizando que se cumplan con las regulaciones y normativas.

 Desafíos y Oportunidades

  • Diseñar y controlar el mapeo de asientos contables, acorde a normativa SBS.
  • Supervisar y gestionar conciliación de cuentas contables: conciliaciones diarias de nuestro negocio y el control de la contabilidad.
  • Realizar controles semanales, mensuales y cierres anuales.
  • Supervisar los estados financieros, incluyendo la elaboración de informes para la gerencia y el control de informes para el regulador SBS.
  • Garantizar un óptimo control de gestión y reporte de las operaciones, manteniendo la integridad de la información contable.
  • Confeccionar y gestionar la información contable para liquidación de impuestos.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones fiscales.
  • Ser el nexo con nuestros asesores fiscales, laborales, contables y jurídicos a nivel local.
  • Brindar respuesta ante auditorías externas.
  • Liderar y desarrollar un equipo administrativo de alto rendimiento, proporcionando orientación y apoyo para el crecimiento profesional.

 ¿Qué buscamos?

  • Profesionales recibidos de Contador Público.
  • Experiencia mayor a 3 años en posiciones similares, adquiridas en Fintech y/o empresas financieras reguladas por la SBS.
  • Conocimientos normativos regulatorios de la SBS.
  • Excelente nivel de inglés y en manejo de herramientas informáticas como Excel, análisis de datos y/o SQL.
  • Buscamos profesionales con gran potencial para desarrollarse en la compañía, con muy buenas habilidades de liderazgo, capacidad de análisis, planificación, organización, y control de gestión.
