Role Overview

We are seeking an
Infrastructure Planning & Trade Logistics Analyst
to support policy research and advisory work focused on cross-border trade corridors, multimodal infrastructure, and regulatory modernization. Based in Lima, this role is ideal for professionals with experience in infrastructure strategy, logistics analysis, or regional economic integration—especially within the context of Pacific trade, Andean development corridors, or Latin American connectivity frameworks.

You will contribute to diagnostics, technical reports, and stakeholder engagement for national and multilateral projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze transport infrastructure, port logistics, and cross-border trade systems in Peru and neighboring regions
  • Support the development of technical reports, investment roadmaps, and infrastructure policy briefs
  • Track developments in Pacific Alliance integration, customs modernization, and intermodal transport initiatives
  • Identify regulatory gaps, institutional barriers, and logistical inefficiencies in regional connectivity
  • Prepare stakeholder materials for ministries, port operators, and international development partners
  • Collaborate with global teams to deliver strategic insights on infrastructure modernization and trade competitiveness

Qualifications

  • Degree in International Trade, Public Policy, Transport Planning, or Development Economics
  • 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure consulting, logistics strategy, or public-sector advisory
  • Familiarity with Peru's national logistics systems, Pacific trade routes, or Andean integration corridors is preferred
  • Excellent research and writing skills in English
  • Experience with donor-funded programs, public-sector reform, or trade facilitation projects is a plus
  • Knowledge of port governance, digital trade systems, or ESG-aligned infrastructure is an advantage
