En grupo despegar, nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Sales Executive, que viva actualmente en Lima, Perú. Ejecutar el proceso de asesoramiento y venta al cliente sobre paquetes turísticos de acuerdo con las necesidades del mismo (hoteles, aerolíneas, traslados y otros servicios). Cumplir con las metas de venta propuestas para el mes. Asegurarse ejecutar los procedimientos operativos y administrativos de acuerdo con lo establecido por la compañía, garantizando el cierre exitoso de cada transacción. Responsabilidades: Atender clientes en los diferentes canales de atención. Realizar cotizaciones de acuerdo con la solicitud del cliente, considerando los diversos productos, alternativas de viaje y tarifas según la disponibilidad con la finalidad de que se concrete en venta Efectuar el seguimiento de las ventas realizadas a los clientes de Viajes Falabella, garantizando la calidad en la atención e información brindada antes y durante al viaje, así como validar la experiencia del cliente posterior al mismo. Asegurar el cumplimiento de estándares corporativos referentes a imagen de marca y cumplimiento de las normatividades turísticas legales vigentes según el canal de atención asignado. Respetar las políticas y procedimientos operativos establecidos por la compañía. Cumplir con el protocolo de atención de acuerdo con el canal asignado respetando los lineamientos establecidos. Requisitos: Título, especialidad: Técnico o Bachiller en Turismo o carreras afines. Manejo en Excel nivel básico. Conocimiento de operadores/destinos. Proactivo. Disponibilidad para trabajar en horario de mall y trabajar dentro de la misma zona bajo la modalidad de lunes a domingo (5x2), que incluye turnos rotativos.
