 The Specialist
  • Field Support provides specialist support for the mobile fleet and equipment to deliver sustainable revenue through the safe and efficient delivery and allocation of vehicles, equipment and plant.

  • Key Accountabilities Drives compliance to Maintenance Management plans for all Assets on site Manages Team Rosters & Leave Complies with Management of Change Ensures all repairs comply with purchasing requirements Mentors the Maintenance Team in Region Contributes to Capital Project delivery Executes Operational Excellence Scorecard Reporting Ensure all Operational Equipment has been Hazard Studied Provides Field Measurement System Support Drives Statutory Licencing of Mobile Fleet
    What you will bring

BAND F PEOPLE LEADER

  • Minimum 7 years experience post qualification.
  • Experience leading a team, including building a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
  • Ability to plan, influence & execute.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

BAND F TECHNICAL SPECIALIST

  • Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
  • Ability to plan, influence & execute.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders.

Your qualifications

  • Insert tertiary qualification required for role (e.g. Accountant must have a tertiary degree in an Accounting discipline, an Engineer must have a tertiary degree in an Engineering discipline)

  • Technical qualification / legistlative / SHES certification
