Deberes y Responsabilidades

  • Conocer, interiorizar y aplicar la misión, visión, principios, valores y planes de desarrollo para lograr un comportamiento coherente al acoger y aplicar políticas de John Crane.
  • Responsable directo del uso correcto de las máquinas y elementos de seguridad exigidos en el taller para el personal asignado y visitantes autorizados.
  • Responsable del uso de los elementos, insumos y maquinaria del taller sean para trabajos de John Crane o autorizados.
  • Recibir, analizar, codificar, procesar y archivar en el sistema las solicitudes de trabajo recibidas y demás procedimientos como Back Up.


Dar seguimiento a la ejecución de las solicitudes de trabajo de fabricación o reparación de acuerdo a prioridades asignadas, o a la fecha de entrada de la orden, como Back Up.


  • Revisar, verificar y procesar las solicitudes de evaluación y reparación de sellos mecánicos.
  • Participar activamente en el análisis de fallas y su calificación.
  • Suministrar información necesaria y requerida para el análisis del control estadístico de los procesos y trámites administrativos del Centro de Servicios, como Back Up.
  • Realizar inspección de sellos mecánicos defectuosos, detectar la falla y preparar informe de análisis de falla, diligenciando, archivando copia y tramitando original oportunamente del formato existente.
  • Brindar apoyo técnico a los clientes utilizando los estándares, planos de instalación y cualquier otra información requerida que no sea catalogada como confidencial por la empresa.
  • Conocer suficientemente el portafolio de servicios y productos de la empresa.
  • Presentar informes solicitados por la empresa oportunamente.
  • Mantener excelentes relaciones con el cliente interno y externo.
  • Tener disponibilidad para realizar desplazamientos de Asistencia Técnica en campo en la locación de los clientes.
  • Realizar montaje de Sellos Mecánicos
  • Realizar Instalación y Adecuación de Planes API Realizar Visitas a campo para Levantar isométricos de tubería y listado de Instrumentación para instalación de Plan API

Diversidad e Inclusión

El individuo

Educación / Formación:
Ingeniería Mecánica o Técnico Mecánico

Experiência laboral: 5 años de experiência en mantenimiento de equipos rotantes y sistemas de transmisión de potencia (deseable)

Conocimientos /Habilidades:
Conocimientos básicos sobre armado y desarmado de máquinas, específicamente equipos rotantes (bombas, acoplamientos) Lectura e interpretación de planos y especificaciones

Manejo de PC Conocimiento y manejo de instrumentos de medición (micrómetro, calibre, etc.)

Inglés Intermedio
