What challenges await you?

  • Lead and develop client relationships.
  • Closely monitor their satisfaction with our services.
  • Plan and execute strategies focused on client retention.
  • Identify and capitalize onupselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure that SEO strategies are aligned with client goals and oversee thequality of servicedelivered in collaboration with our SEO strategists and analysts.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Advanced/bilingual English, both spoken and written (mandatory).
  • Experience in managing B2B client relationships(mandatory).
  • Passion forexcellence in customer serviceand the ability to handle unexpected situations.
  • Proactivity, organization, and excellent communication skills.
  • A passion forlearning and staying up-to-datewith industry trends.
  • SEO knowledge is a plus.
