We are looking for a Relationship Manager Executive who can lead relationships with our e-commerce clients, strengthen partnerships, and position ourselves as strategic partners in their business.

The ideal candidate will have advanced/bilingual English, both spoken and written, experience in managing B2B client relationships, and a passion for excellence in customer service. Proactivity, organization, and excellent communication skills are also essential.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our e-commerce clients
  • Closely monitor client satisfaction with our services
  • Plan and execute strategies focused on client retention
  • Identify and capitalize on upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work closely with our SEO strategists and analysts to ensure SEO strategies are aligned with client goals
Requirements:
